While the company offers free shipping for outgoing orders within the US, return shipping labels are only provided for specific quality control issues. If you return opened tea, you will receive store credit, whereas non-food items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Gift recipients are also eligible for store credit. Note that a $5.50 fee applies to undeliverable packages and a $6.00 fee for refused shipments.
